WHAT WE DID
B&D performed as a subcontractor to Spawglass Contractors, Inc. for this project. The scope of work consisted of performing all electrical services in regards to the construction of the new nursing home and maintenance building. The work included all rough in of electrical and special systems to include FA, Nurse Call, Access Control Systems, CCTV, voice and data, and code blue systems. The power distribution included two backup generators (1-250KW and 1-100KW) and utility power going out to two main electrical rooms and two emergency electrical rooms and on to several sub electrical rooms. B&D installed electrical services to build out the imaging rooms to include CT and X ray equipment. B&D also installed site lighting, a five unit housing center, hospital signage, electrical systems to the kitchen and serving equipment to include the Ansul Fire Suppression System. B&D connected an electrical services line to the helipad for lighting and windsock to include obstruction lighting.
