WHAT WE DID
B&D was part of the design-build team for the infrastructure upgrades at the El Paso VA Health System in El Paso, TX through a guaranteed energy savings performance contract (ESPC). Our scope involved energy efficiency and facility improvements to include energy management control system enhancements, air handler upgrades, new boilers, chilled water system improvements and the installation of high-efficiency LED lighting technology.
The El Paso VA Health Care System serves Veterans in far Southwest Texas and Doña Ana County, New Mexico. The VAHCS provides primary and specialized ambulatory care services at its main campus with consultants and fee-basis specialists supplementing the medical staff.
