WHAT WE DID
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) of New Mexico Headquarters is a 115,000 square foot, four-story building with a two-level parking garage. B&D was responsible for the installation and integration of a fully automated lighting system that can be controlled from a local source or the main BCBS headquarters in Chicago. This was a complete power installation with an emergency power generator system and UPS unit. B&D installed a fully functional fire alarm system with digital auto dialer and security access control. We also provided a large portion of the HVAC controls installation and integration. B&D was not only instrumental in the construction of this building but continues to provide preventative maintenance for the fire alarm system, electrical, lighting and AV system controls.
