WHAT WE DID

B&D was part of the design-build team to construct the National Security Sciences Building (NSSB) at the secured Laboratory. The single-story office building includes offices, conference rooms, kitchenettes, and storage space. B&D’s scope of work included electrical, voice, and data communications, controls, and the fire alarm system. We installed, terminated, and tested all secured and non-secured network systems. The installation consisted of a complete Category 6A solution, one of the few 6A solutions in New Mexico.

The Associated General Contractors New Mexico Building Branch named the NSSB the best design-build project of 2009.
