WHAT WE DID
B&D successfully completed the removal and replacement of (13) boiler systems at (6) APS schools in roughly 10 weeks. Each project began with the isolation and demolition of the old boilers, which included the safe removal and haul-off of all associated equipment for proper disposal. Following this, we capped the existing gas lines and disconnected all electrical power from the decommissioned units. We then proceeded with the installation of two new Laars boilers. As part of the integration, we piped in new water lines to ensure proper operation of both boilers and modified the existing gas and electrical systems to accommodate the new units, ensuring full functionality and code compliance.
