WHAT WE DID
B&D Industries provided complete electrical construction services for the BernCo Fire Department Station 37 (now known as Fire Station 66), a ground-up public safety facility serving the Albuquerque community. The project reflects B&D’s commitment to high-quality, reliable electrical installations that support critical public infrastructure and safety operations.
B&D’s scope encompassed full electrical system installation for the new facility, including power distribution, lighting, and special systems infrastructure. The team worked closely with Bernalillo County and project partners to ensure that all systems met operational requirements for a modern fire station.
The project team encountered limited design information for certain specialized systems early in construction. To resolve this, B&D collaborated closely with BernCo, the project engineer, and HB Construction to review functional requirements and assist in developing the final system designs. This proactive approach ensured the successful installation of fully operational, code-compliant systems.
Through coordinated design development and field expertise, B&D delivered a fully functional and reliable electrical system for Fire Station 66. The completed project enhances the county’s emergency response capabilities and stands as a testament to B&D’s collaborative problem-solving and commitment to quality execution.
