B&D was contracted to perform the electrical installation for critical process tools within an advanced microchip manufacturing facility. This highly specialized scope involved providing electrical infrastructure and connections to high-value fabrication (Fab) equipment essential to the production of semiconductor computer circuits. These systems required precision coordination, clean power distribution, and strict adherence to quality and performance standards due to their direct impact on the facility’s chip manufacturing capabilities.
The electrical scope included power distribution, conduit installation, terminations, grounding, and support for tool integration within an operational cleanroom environment. All work was performed in compliance with the facility’s stringent specifications for cleanliness, safety, and system reliability, and required close collaboration with OEM tool vendors and the facility’s engineering team.
