WHAT WE DID
B&D was engaged to perform electrical installations for mission-critical process tools at a high-tech semiconductor fabrication facility. These tools play a vital role in the manufacturing of semiconductor computer circuits, forming the backbone of the Fab systems that drive chip production. Our scope included the full electrical infrastructure—conduit routing, power distribution, terminations, grounding, and final connections—to support the precise operational needs of the advanced fabrication process.
This installation took place in a highly controlled, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, clean work practices, and strict schedule adherence were non-negotiable. B&D’s ability to deliver seamless, code-compliant installs in this technical space was a key contributor to overall project success.
Establishing a strong working relationship with the general contractor (GC) was an early focus. B&D built trust through consistent performance, on-time tool installations, and the ability to hit critical SL1 (System Level 1) dates. Our commitment to quality and responsiveness led the GC to recognize B&D as the go-to electrical contractor for tool installations across the project.
Despite the complex environment and aggressive schedule, B&D maintained its reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and quality execution, delivering on-time, reliable installations in support of one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the world.
