Manzano Mesa Multi-generational Center, Albuquerque. B&D provided a complete turnkey lighting and control installation for the City of Albuquerque at the Manzano Mesa Multi-generational Center. The lighting efficiency upgrade included the removal and disposal of the existing fixtures, installation of lighting control sensors, and as required, upgrading seismic lighting support and emergency egress lighting. This project is part of the city’s initiative to implement a multi-phase energy conservation program for city-owned facilities. This program is focused on reducing electric load, utility demand costs, and maintenance costs, and maximizing lighting comfort, while maximizing lighting flexibility and building aesthetics.
Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel Systems Integration, Bernalillo. B&D performed as the integration contractor for AV/Access Control/Area of Rescue/Wireless Networking and guest televisions for the new hotel-casino at the Santa Ana Star Casino. B&D installed backbone communication feeds between IDF and MDF to provide connectivity for all associated systems. Additionally, we installed 300+ Ruckus, wireless APs throughout the hotel and in every guest suite. B&D ran the cable to security gates and cameras poles. Lastly, B&D installed over 300 speakers throughout the facility, including projector screens in ballrooms.
