"Steve Thracker (of B&D) made things a little brighter at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) as he replaced the old, halide street and parking lot lights with brighter more energy-efficient LED fixtures. Approximately 470 lights will be replaced on the east side of the base, which will save KAFB about $75,000 annually in electricity and replacement costs."
